In Easy Busy Pets, "workers" is a generic term to represent staff, 3rd party contractors, part timers, supervisors or other titles that might apply. A worker is different from the next based on their permissions settings, which are the access rights to each individual added to the system.

 

To add a new worker, enter your dashboard, and select "Staff" heading:

In the next window, click "Add staff" and enter the email and name of the person you'd like to invite.

After adding a worker, Easy Busy Pets will automatically send them a personalized activation email with instructions on how to complete their account. Completion of a worker account results in them being listed as illustrated above.

  1. Setup Scheduling Availability
  2. Configure their Staff permissions
