To begin, log in as either the manager or a staff member, and access the pet's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) page.
Identify which pet you'd like to book into a service:
Follow these simple steps to initiate a booking process:
Locate your pet by conducting a search using either their name or client name. This will promptly load their profile. Alternatively, you can easily spot your pet in the comprehensive main window listing.
Identify the action pull-down menu and select the "Book" option.
By following the above procedure, you can seamlessly begin the booking process for your pet.
During the appointment booking stage, you will find that the selection of pets is already streamlined as all registered pets will be available for you to choose from.
