The day view serves as one of the two calendars specifically designed for daily operational scheduling. In this view, each staff member or 3rd party worker is assigned their own column, while each row represents a specific time of day.

To ensure optimal organization, columns are only displayed for workers who have appointments scheduled on that particular day. Additionally, we provide a convenient "no worker" column, where you can easily assign jobs that are not specifically assigned to a particular worker. This feature enables efficient management of tasks that require attention but do not have a designated staff member.

  1. Toggle between "day" view and the various calendar views to easily switch between different perspectives and gain a comprehensive understanding of your schedule.

  2. Select a different day to quickly navigate and explore appointments and tasks on specific dates.

  3. Worker profiles are displayed at the top of their respective columns, featuring their profile picture and name for easy identification and efficient coordination.

  4. Take advantage of the convenient drag and drop functionality to effortlessly move appointments between different time slots or assign them to specific workers. Our system ensures that you cannot drop a job onto a worker who hasn't been set up to handle that particular task. For instance, a dog walking job cannot be dragged into the column of a groomer unless the groomer's profile has been configured to handle dog walks as well.

  5. Utilize the multi-select feature to choose specific staff members and hide the others, allowing you to focus on the relevant personnel and streamline your view.

  6. Similarly, you can multi-select one or more services to review and hide the others, enabling you to narrow down your focus to the specific services you are interested in.

  7. The "Select appointments" button serves as a powerful tool for managing multiple appointments simultaneously. Clicking this button enables you to select one or more appointments in the main window. Once selected, a dropdown menu appears next to the button, offering essential options such as making a copy, rebooking, removing selected appointments, and more.

  8. Easily locate specific appointments by utilizing the search box. Narrow down your search by entering keywords such as pet name, client name, or worker, allowing you to quickly find the information you need.
