Setting up Your Service as a Group Offering
When editing your service, navigate to the display options section to establish your service as a group.
To ensure proper setup, please follow these guidelines:

Enable "Public Listing & Waiting List": This setting informs the system that bookings for this service can be considered by the widget responsible for displaying group service listings.

Disable the "Clients" checkbox: By unchecking this box, only managers and staff with appropriate permissions can make bookings for this service. Clients will not have the ability to book on their own.
To elaborate further, in scenarios such as attending schools or group events, the dates and times are typically determined solely by the management or event leaders. Attendees do not have control over these aspects. By disabling the "Clients" checkbox, we establish this concept, ensuring that only authorized personnel can make group bookings, aligning with the management or event leader's planning process.
Group Capacity
When editing your service, navigate to the general settings section to access the capacity settings. Here, you can specify the desired capacity for your group services.
For all group services, the booking capacity is automatically set based on your configured service settings. By configuring your defaults in this section, you can save a significant amount of time when booking your group services.
The capacity of the group event will vary depending on the clients' situations. In the example above, the group event will allow for a maximum of up to 8 pets or up to 5 clients. Each client has the option to bring one or more pets, resulting in a wide range of attendee combinations. For instance, you might have a total of 3 clients: the first client brings 3 pets, the second client brings 4 pets, and the third client brings 1 pet. This flexibility allows for diverse and customizable attendance scenarios, accommodating the unique needs of your clients.
