Let's say you have a client with 3 pets and each pet has an appointment on June 9th.


Click on the client and create an Invoice:


Adjust the date range so three appointments you want to Invoice for can be found, in the example above the date range is June 9th to June 9th. Press the Refresh button.


The system will find the appointments with amounts owing and add them to the Invoice.

Click 'Charge' to pay with a credit card. To mark the appointment as Paid with cash click on 'Paid' and select 'Cash' from the drop-down:



If there are additional appointments for this client, as long as there is an Invoice in Draft status, going to the appointment and clicking 'Invoice', will add the line items to the Draft invoice.
