Start by going to your dashboard > Staff, and select to View the Staff member's profile:

Next, click "Availability" 


The regular weekly schedule is set by selecting available times for each day of the week. To begin, click "Set availability":

This opens up a weekday schedule, where one can define the specific time availabilities for a worker:

Holidays and Special Hours

Not all weeks are regular. Any special cases or holidays can be setup as well.

Start by clicking "+ Add a rule":

Working backwards, we want to let the system know that during a specified period (ex. Dec 15th - Jan 1st), the worker's hours will be different:

Given the date range selection, Easy Busy Pets allows for the configuration of special times where the worker is indeed available:

By default, the worker is set to "Not available" on every day within the date range selected. To update to available for special times, click the cog icon next to the dates that apply, and a dialog appears to allow for those settings. In the example below, the worker will be available between 1 pm - 3 pm on Tuesdays, Dec 15th, 22nd, and 29th, 2020. 

The committed business rule for special availability is illustrated below for Tuesdays. Repeat these steps to fill out the special hours within the respective date range (ex. "Holiday Hours").

Click Save, and you are done!
