Weekly View

The Weekly Schedule View in the pet care industry provides a comprehensive and intuitive display of your entire week's schedule. Designed primarily for pet care managers, it offers a broader perspective and allows for efficient planning and resource allocation. With this view, you can easily navigate through the days, identify scheduling conflicts, and make informed decisions. Each appointment clearly displays the pet's and their owners as well. It serves as a valuable tool for staying organized, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth operations in the dynamic pet care industry.

Here are the features and functionalities available in our weekly view scheduling system:

 

  1. Toggle between the "weekly" view and various calendar views to switch perspectives effortlessly and gain a comprehensive understanding of your schedule.

  2. Select a different week to quickly navigate and explore appointments and tasks on specific dates. Each week starts on a Sunday and ends on a Saturday. The interface selects automatically any of these 7-day periods as illustrated below when clicking on the datetime.

  1. Utilize the multi-select feature to choose specific staff members and hide the others, allowing you to focus on relevant personnel and streamline your view.

  2. Similarly, you can multi-select one or more services to review and hide the others, narrowing down your focus to the specific categories you're interested in. For example, focus on the dog grooming wing of your business versus doggy daycare.

  3. The "Select appointments" button serves as a powerful tool for managing multiple appointments simultaneously. Clicking this button enables you to select one or more appointments in the main window. Once selected, a dropdown menu appears next to the button, offering essential options such as making a copy, rebooking, removing selected appointments, and more.

  4. Easily locate specific appointments by utilizing the search box. Narrow down your search by entering keywords such as pet name, client name, or worker, enabling you to quickly find the information you need.

  5. Each row reflects the appointments scheduled for a specific worker. Workers may or may not see other workers this way (in addition to their own), depending on their specific staff permissions, controlled by the manager.

  6. A series of appointments are much easier to visualize in weekly and monthly views. Hovering your mouse over any member appointment of a series will result in a highlight of the entire series to be able to easily distinguish that group.

  7. Drag and drop capability between days and workers. Appointment details show the title followed be a client (if private session) or clients (if a group session) followed by their pet(s). Left clicking on the appointment opens up the appointment view.

  8. The column represents the entire day of the week, with each row representing the appointments managed by a specific worker.

  9. "+" is another way to quickly book a service for that specific day of the week.
