Go to Website > Blog
and turn it on
You will then have a /blog page added to your website with a list of your Published blog articles.
To add a blog post, click on 'New Post'
When you add a new article/post you'll have the option of entering it's Title, Author, Description and Keywords. The Keywords will be used to let your Blog visitors browse articles by keyword (so if several articles have the keyword Dog, your Blog readers will be able to click on Dog and see a list of relevant articles).
You can also setup SEO keywords and meta-tags to help search engines find you.
Once you Publish the article you can go to your Blog page to see it:
If you want to rename your /blog page to something else, or hide it, or add it, go to Website > Navigation
and click on 'Add Link' if you don't already have a Blog link
You'll see the following, where you can choose what the link is called and where it links to (/blog in this case).
Save it and now your link to the Blog says 'Wisdom'.
