All appointments include an option to check-in and check-out or, alternatively, to mark them as complete.

Check-in: Records the actual start time and, if enabled, the starting GPS location feature.

Check-out: Records the actual end time and the final GPS location.

Complete: Similar to check-in and check-out, but automatically records the scheduled start and end times, respectively.

If invoicing configuration in a service to have time-sensitive pricing for the job, checking in or out will affect the final price of the appointment for your client.

These options are accessible either within the appointment view or as actions corresponding to the appointment in selected agenda calendars.

 

How to Undo A Check-in Or Check-out

To undo the state of an appointment, view the appointment and click the "in progress" button or "Completed" button:

 

You will see corresponding options to reverse the status:
