Management will receive an email containing the request to join the group event. Simply click on the link to view the scheduled group event and proceed to accept or decline the pet(s), a step illustrated in the next sub-section.

By Calendar

All the group events are scheduled by management, and one can go to the schedule to re-open these group appointments for further management.

In the example below, we use the agenda calendar to view the appointment. Any other calendars or the dashboard will work just as well to be able to click to view the appointment.

Next click on the "Waiting List" button:

The final stage is to choose which pets to accept or decline:

  1. Pet Details and Additional Information: Each pet requested by various owners to join the session(s) will be listed. Click on the pet's name to access their profile in case you require any additional details.

  2. Accept or Decline the Request: Review the request and make your decision. Clicking the "Accept" button will generate the confirmation screenshot as shown below.

Discover a third way to view the scheduled group event by accessing the same widget used by pet owners on the website page. Take note of the unique management interface, which differs from the pet owner's view. Notably, you will not find any "Join" options as this feature is exclusive to pet owners. Simply click on the specific event to explore further.

Similar to the previous scenario, management and staff are presented with the same set of "Waiting List" options. These powerful tools enable you to efficiently handle and process requests by accepting or declining pets. Embrace the flexibility of these features as you manage your group events with ease.
